FAQ
How can we help?
Quick answers about ordering, payments, delivery and using Coincards.
If you still need help, our support team is only a message away.
ORDERING & PAYMENTS
Before and after checkout.
Bitcoin is at the core of Coincards. Additional supported cryptocurrencies and payment options may be available depending on your region and checkout provider.
The payment options shown at checkout are the currently supported methods for your order.
Any applicable product, payment or processing fees are shown before you complete checkout.
Fees may vary depending on the product, region and payment method.
We do not recommend paying directly from an exchange or other custodial service.
Exchanges may delay withdrawals, batch transactions or deduct network fees from the amount being sent. This can cause an invoice to be paid late or underpaid.
For the most reliable experience, withdraw your funds to a wallet you control before paying a Coincards invoice.
Your Coincards invoice displays the amount of time available to complete payment.
Payments received after the invoice expires may require manual review and may not be processed at the original exchange rate.
Payment Pending — Your order has been created, but payment has not yet been acknowledged.
Awaiting Confirmations — Payment has been detected and the order is waiting for the required blockchain confirmations.
Confirmations Complete — The required confirmations have been reached and your order is ready for fulfillment.
Paid Late — Payment arrived after the invoice expired and may require manual review.
Processed — Your order has been completed or sent for delivery.
Failed or Canceled — The payment or order could not be completed. This can happen because of an underpayment, expired invoice or other payment issue.
If a status appears stuck or does not match what you expect, contact support with your order number.
First, confirm that the correct amount was sent to the correct address and that the transaction was successfully broadcast by your wallet.
Common causes include an underpayment, a delayed transaction, a low network fee or a withdrawal sent from an exchange after the invoice expired.
If the payment has been sent and your order still shows as unpaid, contact support and include your order number and transaction ID.
Processed orders are final.
In limited circumstances, such as an order that has not yet been fulfilled or a payment issue that prevents completion, our support team may review a refund request.
Any refund that Coincards agrees to issue is handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and may require a refund wallet address. Applicable network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
GIFT CARDS & DELIVERY
Getting your order.
Delivery time depends on the product.
Quick Delivery products are fulfilled automatically after the required payment confirmations are received. Lightning payments can be recognized immediately.
Some products require manual fulfillment and may take longer. The product page and order status will indicate how your order is being processed.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first.
Gift cards and order emails are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find the message, contact support using the same email address and include your order number.
For security reasons, gift card codes are not delivered through social media or public messaging channels.
Gift cards are generally intended for use in the country or region where they were purchased.
Some merchants may allow international use, but Coincards cannot guarantee that a gift card will work outside its intended market.
Make sure you are purchasing from the correct regional Coincards store before completing your order.
Physical gift card availability varies by country, retailer and product.
If physical delivery is available for a product, the shipping options and any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.
Tracking depends on the shipping method selected and the fulfillment method used for the product.
If a tracked shipping option is available, it will normally be shown during checkout. Untracked letter mail does not include tracking or delivery scans.
If you selected tracked shipping and have not received tracking information, contact support with your order number.
PO Box support depends on the country and shipping carrier.
Postal services may support PO Boxes, while private couriers such as UPS or FedEx generally do not. Use the delivery options presented at checkout for your order.
BITCOIN & LIGHTNING
Paying with Bitcoin.
Yes. When Lightning is available for your order, select Bitcoin Lightning from the payment options on the Coincards invoice.
You can scan the Lightning invoice QR code, use the Open in Wallet option when supported, or copy the Lightning invoice into your wallet.
Lightning payments are normally recognized almost immediately.
Because Lightning payments do not wait for on-chain confirmations, eligible Quick Delivery orders can often move directly into fulfillment as soon as payment is received.
Any standards-compatible Lightning wallet capable of paying a Lightning invoice should work with Coincards.
Your wallet must have sufficient balance and a valid payment route for the invoice.
Always confirm that the cryptocurrency and network selected in your wallet match the payment details shown on your Coincards invoice.
Transactions sent to an incompatible address or network may be irreversible and may not be recoverable by Coincards.
ACCOUNT & BUSINESS
A few other common questions.
Use the password reset option on the regional Coincards store where your account was created.
If you still cannot access your account after resetting your password, contact support using the email address associated with the account.
