Manage your account online:
Log in to sasktel.com/prepaid to top up your account, change your rate plan, and view your account balance.

Check your account balance:
Text the word BALANCE to 438225 (GETBAL) from your device, and you’ll get a text message with your balance.

After 150 days of inactivity and a balance of $0, prepaid accounts are terminated and the wireless phone number is removed from the SaskTel system.

Vouchers are not refundable.

A monthly 911 fee is charge to all rate plans.
A monthly minimum charge may apply to some rate plans.
