Everything worked out. It took a little while, but that probably had something to do with the long weekend.

It looks like someone had an issue transferring the balance over to the Timy’s app. They hide it in a stupid place in the app. I had to search for it.
– At the bottom of the screen you’ll see the “scan” option, click it
– in the next screen you’ll see at the top right of the screen “Tims GIFT card”, click it
– you’ll probably have to scroll down a little, but at the bottom of the page you’ll see “transfer balance”, you should be able to take it from there.

I will note that, it didn’t copy over very cleanly, and I had to type it in manually.

Quick delivery. Easy to use. I buy these for my daily coffee fix. Keep in mind you can’t transfer a balance to your Tim Card if the final balance will be greater than $100. This isn’t a Coincards issue but a limitation on Tim Horton’s side and was verfified by Tim Horton’s customer support. Otherwise you can use these cards at the cash with no issues. Some cashier’s dont know that they can input the code and pin manually so let them know if they say they can’t. Another great card from Coincards!

Thanks for excellent quick support. If it doesn’t work for you, try to add spaces between digit as shown on the e-mail with code.

Another card working great! The only downside is that I wasn’t able to transfer the balance of this card to my Tim Horton’s app meaning I have to actually go up to a cashier to make my purchase as the card(pdf) has to be scanned. Strange for me as I’ve been doing mobile pickup for almost 2 years now. Otherwise everything else is working great!
