– If this card is placed ON HOLD, Coincards does not have the ability to advocate on your behalf, reverse the hold or reinstate the balance; the customer will need to contact Visa support directly (using the number on the back of the card) for assistance.
– In any/all of the above mentioned circumstances, refunds/exchanges are not eligible.

- These cards do not have an address registration process, unlike a traditional credit card issued by a financial institution, which may lead to issues redeeming on some websites. Some websites will use address verification systems to combat fraud. As these cards do not have a registered address tied to them, your purchase could be blocked by the online store as suspected fraud.
