O cartão presente ou de devolução (doravante designado como cartão) poderá ser utilizado para pagamento de bens ou serviços. Esta utilização pode ser feita uma ou várias vezes, até esgotar o respetivo saldo. O portador do cartão poderá consultar o saldo colocando o número do cartão na plataforma acima, junto de um colaborador na linha de caixas de qualquer loja IKEA, ou contactando o serviço de apoio ao cliente IKEA. O cartão não confere qualquer direito de reembolso em numerário ou em qualquer outro meio de pagamento e, o seu valor não poderá ser utilizado para amortizar saldos pendentes referentes a compras financiadas com cartões de crédito. O cartão é propriedade do respetivo portador não tendo associada qualquer identificação do seu titular. No caso de perda, furto, roubo ou extravio do cartão não poderá ser reclamada a emissão de qualquer segunda via do cartão à IKEA nem reclamada qualquer compensação ou indemnização à IKEA. O cartão tem a validade de 1 (um) ano.

IKEA NL digital gift cards can be used in all IKEA stores in the Netherlands and on the online store. Digital Gift cards can be used in shops in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain (except Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Mallorca and Tenerife), Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland. The acceptance in others countries than Netherland is potentially supposed to evolve in relation with IKEA commercial policy. Any change will be notified by email to the distributor by SELP. Digital gift cards issued by IKEA Nederland are valid indefinitely, so there is no expiry date on the card. IKEA gift cards can be used in stores, IKEA Restaurants, the Bistro, the Swedish Food Market and on IKEA.nl. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be reimbursed. Gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned and the balance cannot be exchanged for cash. More than one card can be used for a single online order from the online store. If the value of an online order is lower than the amount on the card, it is not possible to use only part of the balance on a card to pay for the online order. The full amount of the order will be deducted from the card. If the order amount is higher than the amount on the card, the full amount on the card will be used. If the order amount is lower than the amount on the card, the remaining balance will stay on the card. Not possible for Business Customer to purchase more than 10,000 IKEA Gift Cards per 24 hours. IKEA NL do not activate more than EUR 150 on one singe IKEA Gift Card

You can use your gift card when shopping at an IKEA Store, online on IKEA.com or through the IKEA App.

Beim Online-Kauf gibst du während des Bestellvorgangs die Geschenkkartennummer und die PIN ein, um eine oder mehrere Geschenkkarten einzulösen.

Wenn du deine Geschenkkarte verloren hast oder jemand anderes sie ohne deine Zustimmung verwendet hat, können wir die Karte leider nicht sperren oder ersetzen. Geschenkkarten müssen wir wie Bargeld behandeln.

IKEA Geschenkkarten können nicht für die Bezahlung von Services genutzt werden.
Wenn eine Geschenkkarte in einer anderen Währung als Euro verwendet wird, erfolgen die Zahlungen in der offiziellen Währung des jeweiligen Landes (mithilfe des Wechselkurses des aktuellsten offiziellen Währungskurses). Dafür fällt eine Wechselgebühr von 3 % an.
