If your gift card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records. This card has no expiration date. Your eGift Card is redeemable online at macys.com and in Macy's stores nationwide. In-Store: Present this printed page including barcode to a Macy's Associate at checkout. Online: Gift Cards may be redeemed online at macys.com by clicking "Apply Gift Cards" when entering payment method at checkout. Enter the first 15-digits into the "Card Number" field and the last 4-digits into the "CID” field. Enter the Security verification characters. Then click “Apply Gift Card”.
